We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resource Compliance Associate based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is centered within the Human Resources industry and will require a significant focus on compliance, procedures, and project management. The Human Resource Compliance Associate will be instrumental in providing guidance, managing employee assistance programs, and overseeing project management tasks related to Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) clearance renewal program.


Responsibilities:

• Provide tier one resource support on all CPSL policies, processes, and procedures.

• Collaborate closely with the Human Resource Compliance Specialist in ensuring the smooth running of the CPSL clearances renewal program.

• Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on the account status.

• Ensure all Human Resource compliance tasks are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Utilize strong written communication skills to document and report on compliance activities.

• Offer guidance and support to all levels of staff and management on compliance-related matters.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR compliance processes and procedures through effective project management.

• Proficiency in Human Resource compliance and policy procedures

• Demonstrated experience in project management

• Ability to provide onsite guidance and employee assistance

• Exceptional written communication skills

• Familiarity with loan renewal processes

• Knowledge of child protective services is a plus

• Experience in QA management

• Ability to interpret and implement Human Resource policies and procedures

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Must be able to provide guidance to other team members and departments regarding Human Resource compliance

• Must have experience in dealing with employee assistance programs.
