Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLooking for a Bilingual Mandarin Pricing Specialist to be part of our Operations team in Pasadena. This is a full-time position with benefits. Specific Responsibilities include:
• Planning and executing all activities involved in the procurement of finished goods from qualified manufacturers and suppliers.
• Negotiating best costs with vendors and delivering pricing to sales team based on margin requirements.
• Preparing quote sheets and pricing templates for sales team.
• Identifying customer specific testing, packaging, and ticketing requirements and creating pre-production outline for purchase orders.
• Updating Netsuite ERP system with order requirements and product specifications.
• Preparing and completing spreadsheets, templates, project documentation, and product distribution forms.
• Managing all communications with vendors overseas. . Required Skills/ Experience: Bilingual Mandarin
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalence of 2+ years of experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel specifically) and computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to efficiently multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative without immediate supervision.
• Highly developed communication and grammar skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management skills and strong team player.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven individual.
• Experience with Netsuite (Accounting System) is a plus.
• Relevant prior experience in importer/ oversea trading company is a plus. Company does not offer sponsorship.
