Position Overview:
The EHS Manager will oversee environmental, health, and safety programs in a semiconductor manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of safety. The ideal candidate will have a background in semiconductor manufacturing, with experience managing EHS programs specific to the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and programs to ensure a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations, conducting audits and inspections as needed.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Identify EHS risks in semiconductor processes and implement control measures.
  • Provide EHS training for staff on safety, hazardous materials, and emergency procedures.
  • Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management and permit reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance through data analysis and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into operations and product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and industry-specific safety and environmental regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in EHS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
