Job Description: As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running and inspecting production tasks of simple to medium complexity according to setup sheets and work instructions.
  • Ensuring products meet quality specifications and completing paperwork using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Starting machines to produce sample products and measuring them for conformance with specifications.
  • Inspecting wire or tube samples using a microscope with 20x magnification.
  • Adjusting settings of dies on controls to meet product specifications and quality standards.
  • Observing machine operations for malfunctions and inspecting products for defects.
  • Completing applicable job paperwork and daily production reports.
  • Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and working safely.
  • Focusing on quality and minimizing scrap, Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs), and paperwork errors.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
  • Following instructions from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and adhering to company policies and safe labor practices.

Work Environment: You will be working in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with various machines for stretching wires and metal tubes. ty.
