Production Line Lead

Production Supervisor
Job Description:
- Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience - team lead, supervising, coaching, leading a team etc.•
- Will have 10-20 associates reporting to them including setups, production associates and contingent workforce
- This job is a front-line supervisor - they will be overseeing safety, quality, delivery, reporting (of production, scrap etc.)

5. First year of employment healthcare benefits are no cost, after 1 year their premium is $70/week but they have different wellness tasks (such as annual checkups) if they complete those wellness tasks annually will be $0/week. Spouse is similar they are $90/week but if the complete wellness checks it will be reduced to $20/week. Children/dependents is $0 cost.
6. 401K is 50 cents on the dollar up to 6%
7. Vacation time - at 60d they get 1 day & every 30 days get 1 day = 10 days in their first year. After 1st year they go into a different plan where they get 11 days off then 12, it maxes at 20 days off. They also get holiday pay and floating holidays
