Job Description

You will oversee a team of 10-20 associates, including setups, production associates, and contingent workforce. You will report to a shift supervisor and manage 13-27+ machines. This is a front-line supervisory role, responsible for ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and production reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee safety, quality, and delivery of production
  • Prioritize work and manage production schedules
  • Be on the floor 100% of the time
  • Make adjustments and changes to machinery/production as needed
  • Document and write daily reports using computer software
  • Oversee and train new employees
  • Ensure productivity targets are met every hour and every shift
  • Utilize production tracking software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Make improvements and use root cause analysis
  • Fill in for staff shortages and perform line work when necessary
  • Ensure the team follows the FIFO process

Work Environment

Shifts available are 2nd (2:20pm-11:10pm) and 3rd (10:20pm-7:10am), with training initially on days. The workweek is approximately 42.5 hours.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
