Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our production lines running. You'll set up and calibrate machines, perform machining tasks, read blueprints, use power tools for repairs, and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure maximum efficiency. If you're ready to tackle challenges and keep things moving smoothly, this is the role for you

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, calibrate, and operate machines to spec.
  • Fabricate or repair parts through machining tasks.
  • Read blueprints and interpret equipment/system layouts.
  • Use power tools for maintenance and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and fix equipment malfunctions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and performance.
  • Work closely with the production team to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
  • Skilled in machine setup, machining, and blueprint reading.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with power tools and technical manuals.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
