Job DescriptionJob DescriptionClient is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting technology environments, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, VoIP systems, and vendor-specific hardware/software. This role requires both independent work and collaboration with the IT team and managed service providers. Responsibilities include providing remote and onsite support, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, performing system checks and upgrades, and assisting with user training. The role also involves working cross-functionally with other teams and maintaining high client service standards. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, along with certifications like A+, Network+, and MCSA, is required. Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, networking, and server management is essential.
