This role is key in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Create, post and manage journal entries to support the preparation of financial statements
• Conduct regular ledger reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Assist in financial reporting duties, including making necessary accruals and adjustments, and providing variance explanations and documentation
• Support the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audits
• Work closely with the tax manager in preparing deliverables for annual tax returns
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure the accuracy of reported financial results
• Keep abreast of relevant changes in accounting standards and assist in implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, leveraging digital tools to automate and improve efficiency in processes
• Provide support for other duties on an as-needed basis including new tasks or special projects
• Adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations
• Solid understanding of General Ledger management
• Expertise in creating and managing Journal Entries
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Knowledge of NetSuite financial software
• Familiarity with Oracle financial software
• Proficiency in SAP financial software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
