Position Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support supply chain improvement initiatives for a growing healthcare company. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, preferably within the supply chain sector. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various projects, ensuring timely progress, managing risks, and aligning supply chain strategies with organizational goals. This is a great opportunity for a project manager with a focus on supply chain to drive meaningful improvements and innovation within the company.

Experience Level:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with preference for experience in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, organize, and manage project data, including schedules, assignments, and tasks.

  2. Facilitate project team meetings to ensure clarity of assignments and objectives.

  3. Collaborate with project sponsors to develop meeting agendas and strategic approaches.

  4. Monitor and analyze project progress to ensure achievement of both short- and long-term goals.

  5. Engage with key stakeholders to assess and mitigate project risks, minimizing delays.

  6. Maintain regular communication with process owners and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.

  7. Develop and manage a document control system to track project documents, communications, and progress.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Knowledge of supply chain systems and processes.

  • Experience in supply chain management and improvement projects.

  • Budgeting and financial planning experience.

  • Ability to coordinate and align supply chain strategies and operations.

  • Familiarity with demand planning and global supply chain management.

Specialized Skills:

  1. Project Management: Expertise in initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects.

  2. Supply Chain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of systems involved in moving products from supplier to customer.

  3. Supply Chain Management: Ability to manage the flow of goods and services from origin to consumption.

  4. Budgeting: Experience in planning financial resources for departmental or business allocation.

  5. Supply Chain Coordination: Skilled in aligning plans and objectives to improve performance.

  6. Supply Chain Strategy: Proficiency in evaluating cost-benefit trade-offs and leveraging core competencies.

  7. Demand Planning: Ability to create reliable forecasts to improve revenue accuracy and inventory alignment.

  8. Supply Chain Solutions: Experience in providing effective solutions for managing the flow of goods and services.

Shift Information:

  • Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)



Pay Details: $46.00 to $50.50 per hour
