Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team in Brooks, Kentucky. The role involves managing accounts, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring accounts and taking appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Handle payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely processing
• Perform data entry tasks as necessary for bookkeeping
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and manage financial documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must for maintaining accurate financial records.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required to manage outgoing payments and invoices.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary for handling incoming payments and invoices.
• Strong Bookkeeping skills are essential for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date financial record.
• Proficiency in Data Entry is required for efficient and accurate input of financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for creating spreadsheets, analyzing data, and creating financial reports.
• Experience in Payroll is essential for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
