Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
- Capture customer information and follow up via phone and written communication.
- Manage client relationships and inquiries, including product care and shopping experience.
- Achieve/exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the team and leverage internal systems for business analysis.
- Support visual merchandising, housekeeping, and POS operations.
Sales Advisor Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or luxury retail, no frequent job changes less than 1 year at company
- Bilingual required (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic or Russian are desirable)
- Passion for the luxury sector with strong product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Impeccable presentation, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
- Physical ability to lift 20+ pounds and stand for long periods.
Sales Advisor Benefits:
- $25-35 per hour + weekly commission
