Seeking a Sales Advisor to provide exceptional client experiences, guide selections, and share brand knowledge. You will focus on personalizing service, maintaining an immaculate presentation, and driving loyalty. 


Sales Advisor Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in upscale or luxury retail (fashion a plus)
  • Bilingual required (Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic are desirable)
  • Superior customer service/clienteling and selling skills  
  • Able to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed
  • Able to stand for long periods, lift/carry 20+ pounds, push/pull, bend, kneel, and climb stairs multiple times a day 

Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Drive business, increase conversion and retention, turning walk-ins into repeat customers
  • Manage book of clients including following up on inquiries and purchases
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPI’s
  • Maintaining product knowledge and store appearance
