LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near Downtown Phoenix. This organization is looking to add an HR Coordinator to their HR team. This job is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. This role will require you to be fully on site for the first six months. Some hybrid flexibility MAY be allowed after that time. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates.
  • Coordinate and administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave of absence management.
  • Assist in employee relations by providing support on HR-related inquiries, resolving conflicts, and helping address employee concerns.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff members.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in various HR administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation in a confidential and organized manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in human resources, preferably in a coordinator or administrative role.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS or other HR management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.

Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $58,000.00 per year
