We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR Specialist to join our team at Champions Group Holdings in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide critical human resources and payroll support, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-company payroll processing, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to quickly learn our HRIS management systems. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, but a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating payroll processes, ensuring completeness of timecards, and reviewing weekly and bi-weekly payroll reports.
  • Creating, processing, and updating Payroll Change Notices and updates to ADP Workforce Now HRIS system.
  • Facilitating the offboarding process for terminated employees, notifying payroll, and executing necessary paperwork.
  • Providing basic HR support directly to employees, answering employment-related questions, and monitoring the HR inbox.
