Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our legal team in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role is an integral part of our team, providing support to our clients in a consumer class action matter. You will be entrusted with high confidentiality, handling customer inquiries, and processing a high volume of outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls professionally, addressing customers' inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain high confidentiality throughout all customer interactions.
• Utilize our Case Management Software and other legal software to track and record customer information.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
• Conduct auditing and billing functions as part of customer service.
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the gathering of information.
• Use Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) proficiently in day-to-day tasks.
• Manage calendar and claim administration as part of the role.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary.
• Be adaptable to use various software to track and manage information.• Proficiency in Aderant and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
• Experience with Case Management Software and other legal software
• Ability to assist customers professionally and efficiently
• Experience with auditing practices and procedures
• Understanding of billing functions within a legal setting
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
• Experience with claim administration in a legal context.
