Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Role Overview:
- Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week
- Duration: Entire 2023-2024 School Year
- Competitive Compensation: Starting at $30/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ensure tailored care for each student.
- Provide support to students with a variety of disabilities, such as Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, orthopedic impairments, and congenital deformations.
- Collaborate closely with students eligible for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to facilitate their growth and progress.

Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Occupational Therapy license in the respective state is mandatory.
- National certification as an Occupational Therapist is highly valued.
- Commitment to staying informed about evolving treatment practices and advancements in physical therapy.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students and their families.
- Ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds with sensitivity and empathy.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer technology to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to assess patient conditions and formulate personalized treatment plans.
