Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in acute care settings, including critical care, trauma, and rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and supervise occupational therapy assistants and students to ensure they receive the support and guidance they need to succeed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new services and programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
