Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Exeter, Rhode Island. As a Collections Specialist, you will be expected to manage customer credit applications, maintain customer credit records, and address customer inquiries. You will also oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Coordinate with customers regarding invoices
• Handle a high volume of emails related to credit and collections
• Engage in minimal phone work until properly trained
• Maintain and update customer credit records diligently
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Use Accounting Software Systems and CRM for efficient work management
• Utilize software like Accurint, ADP - Financial Services, and Epic Software
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and perform Billing Functions
• Administer Claim Administration and Collection Processes
• Answer Inbound Calls when required• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Experience with Accurint is essential
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary
• Competency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is needed
• Ability to use Epic Software is important
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls is required
• Understanding of Billing Functions is needed
• Familiarity with Claim Administration processes is essential
• Experience with Collection Processes is important
