Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with Sales Support Experience to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. This contract-to-hire position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and proposals to assist the sales team in achieving their targets.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral to support promotional efforts.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to improve processes and enhance team performance.
Support the onboarding process for new sales team members, providing training on administrative procedures and tools.
Qualifications:
Proven administrative experience, preferably in a sales environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
