Requirements

Major Goals and Responsibilities :

Prepare Strategic Account Managers' paperwork to include but not limited to: equipment requests, credit applications, sales orders, lease documents, etc. Review and track all sales orders in a timely manner. Prepare all sales reports, update customer records in CRM, prepare RFP's (Request for Proposals), and assist sales managers as needed.

Essential Activities :

Sales Support and Administration (60%)

  • Maintain customer information in CRM tool as required by sales needs
  • Provide direct support to senior sales executives to include but not limited to: sales orders, lease documents, equipment requests, credit apps, DocuSign
  • Review Strategic Sales Manager's sales documents for completion and accuracy before sending to Billing Department
  • Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to include but not limited to: forecasts, bullpen, scoreboard
  • Prepare monthly sales meetings
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, presentations and correspondence as directed by manager
  • Liaison for reps out in the field w/questions
  • Manage questions and requests from internal and external customers
  • Interaction with clients for issue resolutions or escalation
  • Provide VIP demo assistance including ordering lunch
RFPs - Request for Proposals (30%)
  • Lead the RFP team including scheduling meetings and assisting in delegation of workload among the team
  • Work across departments to strategize and gather all appropriate information requested within the RFP
  • Lead the project to ensure its completion is timely and meets all requirements
  • Work with marketing to update proposal templates
  • Prepare and submit the final RFP response
Administration - 10%
  • CRM admin to include training sales reps
  • Manage vendor website logins for sales team

Prerequisites (i.e. education, experience):
  • College degree in a business-related field
  • Prior experience in sales office / customer service environment required
  • PowerPoint and Excel expert level required
  • CRM knowledge a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to work full time, be able to sit, stand or stoop for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds
Toughest Part of the Job:
  • Prioritizing and juggling the many responsibilities associated with this position
  • Frequent interruptions
  • May deal with disgruntled customers - internal and external
  • Difficulties getting required information
  • Sales process is not "black and white"; guidelines are not always firmly established
Compensation Methods:
  • Base salary and bonus plan performance compensation.
