HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
• Provide necessary assistance in the Company's disability and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) process.
• Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits, including health and dental, 401k, PTO, FMLA, among other employee issues.
• Execute and maintain all employee status changes in the HRIS system, including but not limited to new hires, terminations, compensation changes, manager changes, etc.
• Collaborate with management to create job descriptions and determine FLSA exempt or non-exempt from overtime classifications.
• Participate in the recruitment process as required.
• Undertake projects and other duties as assigned by the management.
• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, and FMLA to perform tasks effectively.• Must have experience in ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge and understanding of Benefit Functions
• Strong Communication skills
• Familiarity with Compliance regulations in Human Resources
• Experience in handling Employee Relations
• Understanding of FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations
• Background in Real Estate & Property industry preferred
