Job Summary

As Executive Chef, you will lead kitchen operations, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and high-quality culinary environment. This role is perfect for an energetic, entrepreneurial chef passionate about elevating the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan menus and maintain standards for recipes, portions, and presentation.
  • Train kitchen staff in food prep, safety, and equipment use.
  • Oversee kitchen cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in culinary/kitchen management, hands-on chef experience essential.
  • Strong catering and high-volume food service experience.
  • Proficient in food cost control, sanitation, and presentation.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.
  • Certification: ServSafe preferred.
