We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at 5Church in Atlanta, GA. As an award-winning restaurant group, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional food and service to our guests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef and possess a high school degree or equivalent. They will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring consistency in food quality.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory levels, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with executive chef and other department heads to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
