Job Description

Performs entry-level tasks to support the movement, storage, and packaging of inventory. A typical workday may include pulling orders and preparing orders for shipment, using an RF scanner to pick orders, and packing orders into boxes for shipping.

Responsibilities
  • Pull orders and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Use an RF scanner to pick orders.
  • Pack orders into boxes for shipping.
  • Load and unload different transport items.
  • Record inventory statuses.
  • Ensure deliveries properly match purchase orders.
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock.
  • Record location of inventory.
  • Report shortages.
  • Pull orders from inventory.
  • Deliver production materials and supplies where needed.
  • Stage finished product for final distribution.
  • Handle and move merchandise around the premises.
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of materials within a facility.
  • Use hand trucks, electric fork jacks, and forklifts to move materials.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs+.
  • Comfortable standing in one spot for the entire shift.
  • Willingness to work in various locations throughout the distribution center.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt while the company is still in the start-up phase.

Work Environment

The work environment is a climate-controlled, brand new distribution center. The schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Employees will work 36 hours but get paid for 40 hours. Adherence to clocking in standards is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
