Job Description

The equipment managed includes the exhaust and distribution system that controls heat and chemical flow to the microchip ovens. Responsibilities include partnering with other suppliers for equipment repairs, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and potential installations. The technician will document all completed work for client reporting.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Austin, Texas.

Work Environment

This role is based at the Samsung plant in Austin, supporting their equipment. The position follows a Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule, with on-call duties rotating every 4-5 weeks. The job requires physical activity including bending, kneeling, and climbing in tight spaces, as well as wearing smocks for certain tasks.
