Our client, a rapidly growing global automotive supplier, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead new automotive programs from concept to manufacturability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of new automotive programs, including budgets, timelines, goals, and profitability.
  • Manage and implement engineering design changes.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure seamless program launches.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/TS automotive standards.
  • Utilize tools like SPC, DFMEA, 8D, and Lean/Six Sigma to enhance program success.
  • Support the development of new tooling for product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience leading new product development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive standards for product launches.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
