About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team at Ohm Systems, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN. As a key member of our Supply Chain Program Management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing supply chain program initiatives for responsive space programs, focusing on technology development and mission solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead supply chain program management for Space and Airborne Systems in collaboration with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations teams.
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships to achieve program and customer requirements.
  • Monitor program deliverables, assess risks, and create mitigation plans while optimizing material flow and inventory.
  • Provide technical support for DFx processes, including evaluation of engineering changes.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency in supply chain and product development.
  • Track and report on customized supply chain management metrics specific to space programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 10 years of experience; 16 years of experience required in lieu of a degree.
  • Mastery in program management within the supply chain, especially in the aerospace/defense industry.
  • Knowledge of contract types, such as FFP, FPIF, T&M, and Cost Reimbursement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, strong communication skills, and capability for domestic travel to supplier sites.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
