Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Program Manager for our First Shift (Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm) at our Fort Wayne location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
  • Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
  • Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
  • Facilitate group sessions occasionally and maintain a small client caseload
  • Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
  • Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree or higher in a related field
  • At least three years of experience working with chemical dependency or dual-diagnosed clients
  • Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role
  • If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery
