Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Location: St Paul, MN 55126
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3-6 months

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Building Maintenance Technician for a temporary contract at Lake Owasso Residence. This position is essential for maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities while a staff member is on medical leave.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including repairing door jams, faucets, hinges, and other facility issues.
- Assist with furniture repairs for residents.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks as scheduled, such as changing air filters.
- Read and interpret blueprints (not essential but helpful).

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial building maintenance experience (residential experience is not a substitute).
- High school diploma or GED (please provide a copy for verification).
- Must be able to start ASAP and commit to a temporary role.
