Project Coordinator 

Bishop & Company is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator for a long-term temporary opportunity. This role requires regular on-site work, including traveling to client locations throughout the state. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and project managers.
  • Efficiently manage the flow of information, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events for project teams as needed.
  • Prepare and format materials for internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Record and manage project documentation, including meeting minutes and reports.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management. 
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and Atlassian applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative work approach.
