Patient Services Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Accurate entry and processing of new patient information in our internal system and in Salesforce.
• Initialization and tracking of devices through our internal system for each patient.
• Maintenance and updating of additional paperwork for each device as per customer needs.
• Creation of accurate shipping labels and tracking of deliveries to and from patients.
• Uploading of reports to our internal system.
• Handling of general phone or email inquiries from sleep clinics.
• Assistance in scheduling and tracking of patients and devices when required.
• Identification and communication of issues that may cause delays in material delivery, and working with internal teams and customers to resolve such issues.
• Support a large volume of accounts and demonstrate detail-oriented work approach.
• Accurate data entry and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Execution of any other supporting tasks that are assigned.• Proven experience in customer service roles within the medical devices industry
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
• Previous administrative assistance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in using medical software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education in a related field is a plus
• Willingness to participate in continued learning and training opportunities.
