As a Patient Care Specialist - Behavioral Health, you will be working in a dynamic and rewarding environment where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. At Anchor Hospital, we are committed to excellence in diagnosis, treatment, and education.
The ideal candidate will have a current license to practice nursing in GA (or eligible to receive or renew) and current CPR or BLS certification. A preferred candidate will have one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
This is a part-time opportunity with 12 Hour Shift (7am - 7pm) Weekends. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with dual diagnosis, chemical dependency, and/or psychiatric care. You will collaborate with Clinical Services and other departments to accomplish the treatment goals of Anchor Hospital.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing patient admissions
- Treatment plan development
- Patient assessments
- Medication administration
- Medication education
This position also includes shift differentials (7am- 7pm weekend shifts only). Benefits for PRN Registered Nurse (RN) include:

As a Patient Care Specialist - Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to grow, learn, and advance in your career. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
