Job DescriptionJob Description

Are you energetic, customer-focused, and looking for short-term work opportunities? We are seeking reliable, friendly, and professional individuals to assist with upcoming conferences in Washington, DC.

Position: Event Staff
Location: Various venues in Washington, DC
Duration: Multiple short-term assignments (1-7 days per event)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist conference attendees

  • Provide information and directions within the venue

  • Manage registration/check-in areas

  • Distribute conference materials and badges

  • Monitor breakout sessions and provide support to speakers

  • Assist with event setup and teardown

  • Troubleshoot attendee issues and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Punctual, professional, and dependable

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

  • Prior experience in events or hospitality is a plus, but not required

  • Must be available for flexible shifts, including early mornings and late afternoons

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
