Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves running reports, creating presentations, managing data, and providing general administrative support to the HR department and office.

Key Responsibilities:

Run and distribute reports to for Director every Monday.

Organize and file reports, create PowerPoint presentations, and generate graphs for the Director.

Create and maintain organizational charts in Excel.

Enter cases into the case tracking system for Director.

Manage emails, files, and documents.

Serve as the receptionist for the office, handling incoming calls and greeting visitors.

Advanced Microsoft Excel is a must have for this position.
