Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant

We are offering an opportunity for an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant for a small professional services office in Natick. The role necessitates managing customer applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries. This will be supporting 3 individuals, managing calendars, answering phones, ordering suppliers and being the point person for many other duties.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
• Schedule and manage appointments for financial advisors
• Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
• Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments as necessary
• Order and manage office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workplace
• Proficiency in Minute Taking• Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Ability to Direct Phone Calls efficiently and professionally
• Familiarity with Calendar Management software and best practices
• Experience in Ordering Office Supplies and managing inventory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge in using standard office equipment and software
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
