Restaurant Manager
Location: Commack, NY

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume, casual dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage daily operations, and motivate a dynamic team to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maintain high morale and deliver outstanding service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Financial Management: Monitor sales, labor, and food costs to meet or exceed performance targets; implement strategies to increase revenue and control expenses.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations meet company policies, health codes, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or casual dining environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, P&L statements, and cost controls.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
