Job Details



We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across multiple urban office buildings. A company vehicle is provided for site travel, and you will report directly to the MEP Lead.

Responsibilities:

Travel between buildings to perform HVAC maintenance and repairs.
Assist with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
Conduct critical HVAC and mechanical equipment servicing.
Ensure high-quality work and coordinate tasks with the team.
Lead and collaborate on problem-solving efforts across departments.
Develop weekly work schedules and ensure accurate billing.
Understand and operate building systems.
Perform equipment upgrades, replacements, repairs, and emergency services.
Occasionally work outside regular hours to minimize tenant disruption.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Minimum 3 years of HVACR or related experience.
Refrigeration, Electrical, or Plumbing licenses are a plus.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and challenge-oriented individuals.
Focus on long-term, sustainable solutions.
Skills and Experience:

Expertise in HVACR, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Knowledge of electronic principles, relay logic, and PLC systems.
Proficiency in maintenance management systems.
Ability to use tools for evaluating electrical apparatus.
Strong teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to transfer knowledge and improve processes.
Work Conditions:

Work both indoors and outdoors with exposure to various conditions.
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
Occasional sitting, squatting, crawling, and kneeling.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
