SUMMARY

Performs a variety of HVAC duties related to the facility infrastructure. Regularly works independently.

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit required, vocational or technical school in HVAC or building mechanical trade preferred. Current Massachusetts Refrigeration or Refrigeration Contractors license required. Current Massachusetts Driver’s License (Class III) required.

EXPERIENCE A minimum of 3 years experience required, 5 years of related experience preferred.

SKILLS

Knowledge of HVAC systems and tools required. Proficiency with computers required.
