Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior analyst for a contract position in our school district In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will be working with a PreK-12 caseload on-site. The classroom will focus on a RISE (Autism Self Contained) program across multiple classrooms. You will collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:.

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat mental and emotional disorders of individuals through observation, interview, and psychological tests.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Ensure plans are evidence-based and adhere to best practices in ABA.
  • Oversee data collection and ensure accuracy. Prepare progress reports and make recommendations for ongoing interventions.
  • Follow the ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Stay informed about current research and advancements in ABA.

Pay and Benefits:

  • $56-$61 hourly pay range. Pay is dependent on experience and school districts budget.

  • Weekly pay.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA National Certification (active)
  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
  • Bachelors degree is accepted if you have an active BCBA License
  • Experience in behavior analysis, preferably in clinical or educational settings.

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a background check and obtaining necessary clearances.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.
