Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by ASD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage individualized behavior programming, including supervising direct 1:1 treatment service, developing individualized goals/objectives, and conducting behavior assessments.
  • Individualize client treatment plans and manage Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs).
  • Conduct monthly caregiver training and provide ongoing support to families.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
