Behavioral Therapist Opportunity

Rivermont Schools, a mission-driven organization, is seeking a qualified Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising assigned programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evidence-based assessments and develop programming based on assessment results.
  • Collaborate with parents to promote skill maintenance and generalization.
  • Ensure programming includes transition planning for clients ages 14 and older.
  • Manage and coordinate intake of new clients.
  • Provide on-site clinical supervision to ensure implementation, training, and competence of staff.
  • Provide RBT supervision and supervision of others to obtain BCBA credentials as needed.
  • Work within forecasted census/productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders in the development and implementation of academic instruction and assigned tasks.

Rivermont Schools provides a therapeutic educational program for students ages 2-22 with special needs, including those associated with autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, and difficulty learning in a traditional school setting.
