We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an AP Representative based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be playing a key role in the financial industry, focusing on accounts payable tasks, including invoice coding and batching, email management, and problem resolution.


Responsibilities:

• Efficiently processing customer credit applications

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when needed

• Assisting in the categorization and movement of emails received in various AP Scan Room mailboxes

• Renaming emails received in the various email boxes for easy retrieval of invoices

• Coding invoices with company/location numbers daily

• Batching PDFs for processing through the Markview invoice import process

• Independently working batches in Kofax suspended queue

• Assisting with paper mail processing as needed for all divisions

• Resolving problem invoices through the daily resolution of the Markview problem queue

• Demonstrating leadership skills in all aspects of the job

• Must possess skills in Code Invoices

• Demonstrated leadership skills are essential

• Experience in Batching is a requirement

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience in customer service would be beneficial

• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations
