We are looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Windham, NH.

Position:Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location:Windham, NH
Start Date:Current School Year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment & Evaluation: Perform detailed evaluations to identify students needs and craft tailored therapy plans.
  • Therapy Development: Design and implement individualized therapy plans to support students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
  • Collaborative Support: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and provide holistic support to students.
  • Progress Monitoring: Keep precise records of students progress and therapy sessions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure/ certification as an OT.
  • Experience: School-based experience is preferred, but new graduates with a strong interest in school settings are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Excellent assessment and therapeutic skills, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit.
