LPN Care Specialist

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to an adult patient in Windham, NH.
The ideal candidate will have experience with toileting routines, hoyer lifts, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This opportunity offers competitive pay and a stable working environment.
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality patient care services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
