Candidates MUST have the following:

- High School Diploma/GED

- Associates/Bachelors Degree highly desired

- 4+ years of Training experience (Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Training Delivery)

- Experience with providing software training for Government entities

- Experience with developing and maintaining Knowledge Bases

- Experience with Learning Management Systems

- Ability to support ongoing client trainings

- Ability to travel up to 25%
