Overview: We are seeking a skilled Temporary HR Generalist to join our team and support various HR functions during a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of human resources principles and practices, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
Support employee relations initiatives by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies.
Administer employee benefits programs, assisting with enrollment and answering employee questions.
Manage HR administrative functions, including maintaining accurate employee records and data entry in HRIS systems.
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR activities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Provide support to employees and management regarding HR-related matters.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Experience with HRIS systems preferred and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
