Volt is immediately hiring for an Order Fulfillment Associate in Melville, NY. 

 

As an Order Fulfillment Associate you will:   

  • Process orders, track inventory, and monitor order statuses
  • Ensure timely order processing
  • Resolve customer and sales team issues
  • Run sales reports, handle invoicing, and manage documentation
  • Coordinate product delivery and handle returns
 

This is a full-time opportunity.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of customer service or administrative support experience.
  • Proficient with Windows, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage heavy workloads.
 

Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
