We are looking for an Executive Kitchen Manager/ Culinary Leader to join our concept of a scratch-kitchen, full-service casual dining restaurant This person will be the executive kitchen manager for their home restaurant and be responsible for all BOH management training for the concept. This position will also be the point person for Culinary Operations for the concept.


Director of Culinary Benefits: 

  • Salary between $70K and $80K
  • Attainable bonus structure 
  • Bonus for every new KM that Is trained and placed in a company restaurant
  • Healthcare

Director of Culinary Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience demonstrating Kitchen Leadership
  • Experience with executing new initiatives, menu rollouts, promotions
  • Culinary degree required
  • Must have a high level of culinary skill with a good tenure working for reputable restaurant concepts 
  • Valid food handler card, reliable transportation, and willingness to be in the field at the locations, not an office job. 
  • New store opening experience

Director of Culinary Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for quality, P&L management, and all BOH cost control at home restaurant
  • Responsible for training all company Kitchen managers
  • Responsible for the highest standards in food quality and execution 
  • Travel between restaurants to ensure consistency and SOPs are followed from time to time
  • Exude high energy, positive reinforcement, and show passion for hospitality
