Planner Scheduler

Summary: Seeking an experienced Planner-Scheduler to enhance project delivery and streamline workflows across large multi-discipline projects.
Job Requirements:
10-15 years of experience
Strong experience with MS Office and Primavera P6
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an ABET accredited university preferred
Industry certifications such as PSP, PMI-SP, and EVM preferred
Preferred Skills:
Understanding Advanced Work Packaging project delivery methodology
Knowledge of AACEI Recommended Practices and Levels of Schedule
Familiarity with international industrial project procurement and engineering principles
Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Teams, and advanced Primavera P6 usage
Job Responsibilities:
Plan engineering, procurement, and preliminary construction project work; create schedules in MS Project or Primavera 6
Lead schedule planning sessions and reviews with stakeholders
Report according to project/client schedule procedures for deliverables
Monitor/update schedule activities on multiple projects concurrently
Collaborate on developing scheduling best practices and standards
Mentor less experienced Planner-Schedulers
Integrate engineering/procurement planning with external construction contractors
Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
